Sanjay has a rich corporate experience of more than nine years. He is a Marketing Postgraduate (MBA) and holds graduation degree in Mechanical Engineering. Sanjay at a very young age of 23, started the venture along with Nishi (Chief Technical Officer)

In the initial phase of the company, Sanjay kept company more concentrated to domestic markets in order to build a customer base and portfolio. The company consolidated itself down the years and in 2004, it entered into global markets and since then has never looked back. His strategic guidance, an acute understanding of website design and development industry, a thirst to provide innovative web solutions to customers and highly innovative approach have been instrumental in making Smartinfosys.net, a leading web site design and development brand with a strong 75+ workforce. We have been catering to a large number of customers in more than 50 countries in diverse range of industries.

On this occasion when Smartinfosys.net is launching its new website, I would like to pay my gratitude to all my existing and past employees and customers who have contributed in significant fashion in making Smartinfosys.net, an aggressive and leading web development and design company in India.

2007 witnessed hectic activities in the company with establishment of third development center in Ahmedabad which got operational in September, 2007. The new facility is working for 10 hours and currently employ 15 persons. We plan to increase this strength to 60 people by adopting shift wise structure, starting from September, 2008. This will expand our service base and create more avenues to serve our overseas customers where time difference does make a lot of difference in terms of sales and support. Consolidation on manpower front will pave the way to undertake complex php applications and portals which are in various stages of development. In our pursuit to excellence, our core area would be php programming, asp.net programming, high quality web design, graphic design and flash animation work. We are working on various innovative trade and industry specific web portals which will be released in frequent intervals in year 2008.

Apart from strategic guidance, Sanjay involves himself actively in operations too.

Being a Computer Engineer, University Ranker and a Strong Right Side Brain, Nishi holds a strong hold on creative and technical aspects of the company and her acumen in the industry has given Smartinfosys.net, a unique technical characteristics on which it can take pride of. She oversees our core area of developing solutions using the latest web-based technology and has been instrumental in providing plethora of creative ideas in web designing too. Currently she has been pushing company's creative wing to web 2.0 designs and programming standards and ensuring that every designer gets a strong hold on web 2.0 standards and follow them meticulously. Her creative excellence, strong team leadership character, commitment & professionalism have been the parameters on which she is highly respected by our clients and the entire Smartinfosys Family. She has contributed various articles in various leading web and graphic design magazines and periodicals & keeps an eye on the R&D cell in the field of web designing & development. She oversees day to day technical operations of the company and shares the vision & goals with Sanjay to make Smartinfosys.net, a name to reckon with in web design and development industry.

Holding Engineering Degree and Post graduation Degree in Finance & Marketing Management, Vinit is the marketing face of the company and carries over 12 years of rich marketing experience in various multinationals. He has served on key marketing positions in various multinationals. He joined company in 2004 and since then, the company has never looked back. He has been instrumental in increasing business network of the company. He has brought in various strategic marketing changes in the company which includes expanding reach, forging strategic tie-ups in various countries, overseeing customer support and implementing marketing ideas and plans with finesse. He has been the torchbearer in expanding network globally and today our customers are spreaded across 50+ countries. Under his able marketing guidance, company is going places by conceptualizing and implementing innovative-market friendly services portfolio.

Under his marketing supervision, the company has witnessed exponential growth in its revenue. He is being inducted on board of directors very soon.

Harish is working as retainer/consultant and carries over 16 years of rich corporate experience in Financial Planning and Management. He has given a rich strategic support and guidance in a wide variety of financial and management issues of the company. He has been instrumental in clinching various cost effective acquisitions in recent past. The company plans to launch its first public issue in November, 2009.

In addition to a core team, the company has a large pool of high talented professionals working in Administration, Human Resources, Marketing & Sales Department,R&D and Web Design & Development Departments.
